HOW CAN WE BOOK A PARTY?
A non-refundable deposit of $75.00 is necessary to hold your date and time. 
 
 
AT WHAT TIME CAN I HAVE MY PARTY START?
We will work with you to find the best suited time slot for you.
 
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? 
We accept Visa, Master Card or American Express, through  Paypal for the deposits.  The balance of your payment will be due on the day of your event in cash. 
 
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF A CHILD DOES NOT SHOW UP, WILL  I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT CHILD?
We prepare our packages based on the final head count that you provide 4-5 days prior to your event.  You will then have time to change that final head count up untill 12:00 on the Friday prior to your party.  If you do not make changes to your final head count and a child does not show up, then  you will still be responsible for that child.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT THAT I CANCEL THE PARTY?
In the event that you have to cancel your party, you will loose your non-refundable $75.00 deposit.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER? 
We are devoted to the safety of your guests & our staff.  If the roads are closed and it is unsafe to hold the party then we will make arrangements to pick out a new date and time for you.

DO YOU OFFER ANY FORMS OF LIABILITY:
Please be advised that we assumes no responsibility or liability to accidents or damages caused during your party to your guests or your property.  Your party hostess/entertainer will work to ensure that your home and guests are treated with care; however, liability will lie strictly with the client.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT THAT A CHILD GETS AN ALLERGIC REACTION?
We are not responsible for allergic reactions.
 
WILL PHOTOS FROM MY EVENT APPEAR ON YOUR SITE?
We reserve the right to use photographs taken at your event in any and all promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing.  Your signature on our contract will constitue your agreement and that you will not make monetary or other claim against us for the use of photographs taken of your child (or children).  If you disagree with these rules then you must make that known before the signing of your contract.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING THE GUESTS THAT DON'T PARTICIPATE?
It is the responsibility of the client, guest and/or guests' parent or guardian to supervise all activities relating to the entertainment.

IF MY PARTY IS HELD OUTDOORS, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTLETS/EXTENSION CORDS? 
The the responsibility of the client to provide the outlets and all the necessary extension cords for our radio, Karaoke machine, etc... 

WHAT SHOULD THE PARTY GUESTS WEAR? 
The costumes are designed to go directly over the kids own clothes.

AT WHAT TIME SHOULD THE PARTY GUESTS ARRIVE? 
Please have the guests arrive on time.  It is best that we begin on time so everyone can enjoy the party. We will not be able to go back on activities for late comers.  For example, if we are done with face painting/make-up  and we are now in the middle of our dance routine, then we we cannot stop and go back to do the do face painting for a late comer.

WHEN DO YOU NEED TO THE THE FINAL R.S.V.P. COUNT? 
We need to know the final head count at least 4 -5 days prior to the date of the party. Your bill will be based on your final head count that you provide(This does not apply to the Character Parties).  Once you provide the final head count, you will still have time to add/subtract guests up untill the 12:00 on the Friday prior to your party.

CAN THE GUESTS' PARENTS STAY FOR THE PARTY? 
If there is enough room for the parents then we no problem with an audience.  Please just remind the parents to keep the noise level down when they are in the same room as the kids.

CAN WE SERVE FOOD TO THE CHILDREN?
Please refrain from serving food to the kids untill they have taken off their costumes.

WHAT ARE THE BEST AGES FOR THESE TYPES OF PARTIES? 
The best ages are for children ages 3-12 .

HOW MUCH DO WE  TIP?
The gratuity is not included in the package price. We include an industry standard gratuity of 18% .

DO YOU DO MAKE-UP/FACEPAINTING? 
Yes we do make-up/facepainting but this is your chice.

WHAT DO WE AS THE CLIENTS NEED TO SUPPLY? 
We require one large table for the tea party with folding chairs and one small table for the make up/ face painting.
 
ARE BOYS INCLUDED IN ANY OF THE PARTIES? 
Boys are always welcomed!  They can be knights or pirates.

WHERE CAN WE HOLD THE PARTY?
We come to you!

CAN THE PARTY BE HELD OUTDOORS?
Yes the parties can be done outdoors.  However,  temperature should not be less than 70 degrees or more than 79 degrees.  Please consider having some parts of the party done inside if the weather condition are  less than 70 degrees or more than 79 degrees.  The parties should also take place on a clean, dry and non grassy area of your backyard such as a deck or patio.

CAN THE PARTY BE HELD AT A RESTURANT?
Yes.  It is your party and your choice!

DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A PARKING SPACE?
Yes.  Please provide us with a parking space on your driveway to load and unload our supplies.
